Always come here to get the carnitas order which is the best and will be recommending this location to family and friends.

I would add pictures, but we devoured everything that we got. My friends got the Carnitas platter. The beans and rice were slamming. The Carnitas are seasoned to perfection. I got a shrimp taco and a Carnitas taco. They make everything fresh in house. We tried the mango, Pineapple, and Horchata drinks. All three tasted fresh as hell. Thanks guys for an amazing experience.

The food was really good, the service super fast and the environment super nice. Recommended 100%.

Some of the best Mexican food around! They also make some fire pupusas! They are the most authentic I've tried out here in the East bay. My best friend in Elementary-Highschool is Salvadorian and her momma got down with pupusas. Slightly reminded me of hers (We all know homemade is best)

Carnitas Tijuana never fails me! Their carnitas are the best in the area. My family always orders a side of buche with their fresh tortillas. They've been a staple for my family! I love that Mayu's Cake also sells cake there, two amazing family owned businesses that I hope to support for many more years to come :)

We always order the carnitas for our party events for the past 7 years they have the best! Thanks

The only thing I care about finding in my area is a good, affordable breakfast burrito and I found it here. Carnitas Tijuana has what I currently consider to be the best breakfast burrito that's actually less than $10 in the Pittsburg/Antioch area, which is impressive considering it used to be cheaper and has avocado in it. I'm torn on whether I consider it to be the best breakfast burrito for under $10 in East Contra Costa County since I like El Farolito in Concord a lot but this is geographically much closer to me so it has an edge in convenience. Burrito size is hefty and about the size of my forearm, which I like. What separates this from El Farolito's breakfast burrito, other than ten miles, is that Carnitas Tijuana opts to use hash browns as their filler starch of choice instead of rice to soak up the oils and juices from the protein. I like potatoes so I have no problem with this. I don't think it inherently makes it objectively better or worse than El Farolito's breakfast burrito but for me, it does make it slightly less heavy so I don't completely hate myself as much. From what I could see, everything is freshly made to order and isn't sitting out on a heater like most taquerias I've been to. This means the wait for food can be longer, especially if you pick chorizo for your protein, but since I've always gone when there's no line anyway, it never mattered to me. Long story short, this is my new go to spot for breakfast burritos for the time being. Good stuff and very affordable. That's all I've ever wanted from my area.
